ITALIAN WOODWORKING TECHNOLOGIES: EXPORT STILL GROWING IN THE FIRST 4 MONTHS OF THE YEAR

The study office of Acimall has elaborated the export flows of the Italian woodworking machinery for the period January-April 2021. According to ISTAT data, exports of wood technologies, have marked a further consolidation of growth, thus facing a demand for machines from across borders, in clear and positive evolution. The percentage increase, on the same period of 2020, was 39.3 percentage points, with an absolute value of around 468 million euros. 

United States accelerate, remaining in first position with 45 million euros ( 35.0%) followed by Germany and Poland both with 33 million; China is still growing with 26 million euros and an increase, on the first four months of 2020, of 48.5%.
